Weed-barrier fabric goes down before the turf, which is matched to the use (lawn, pet, play, or pool), seamed with joining tape and adhesive, then filled and groomed for an even, upright finish.
Complete Installation Services:
Clay’s poor drainage and seasonal expansion are the main threats to turf longevity, so the base does the heavy lifting.
We excavate clay to 3 to 4 inches, deeper where soil is severely compacted or chronically wet, then build a crushed-granite base compacted in 2-inch lifts to about 95 percent density to stop future settling.
